At Fractal Audio Systems, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our professional-grade processors and accessories. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 15 days of delivery for a refund, provided the equipment is in its original condition.

Request an RMA

Contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number; returns without a valid RMA will not be accepted.

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack the item in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure full credit.

Ship to Service Center

Affix the RMA number clearly to the outside of the box and ship the unit via a trackable and insured carrier to our designated service center.

Inspection and Refund

Once received, our technicians will inspect the unit for damage or wear; approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
